In accordance with the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the rules for holding a competition for the right of temporary paid land use (lease) of land plots approved by order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 518, a competition was held for the right of temporary paid land use (lease) of land plots for agricultural activities.
Based on the results of consideration and evaluation of tender proposals, the Competition Commission determined the winners of the competition for the relevant lots.
A list of winners of the competition for each lot is attached. Minutes are also attached, which indicate the results of consideration and evaluation of tender proposals for each lot, the decision of the commission to determine the winner and signed by the members of the Competition Commission.
